ML Hockey coaches all have extensive hockey backgrounds and all share the same vision of passing on their forever growing knowledge of the game to our athletes.

MARTIN LEE
FOUNDER & HEAD COACH
Martin developed his passion for coaching while attending the Vierumäki Sports Institute of Finland, where he studied under some of the greatest Hockey minds of the Finnish national hockey program. His bachelor in Sports Management led him to complete his stage with the Concordia University men's hockey team in Montreal, QC.
Martin's lengthy playing career includes places from all over the world including North America & Europe. He has made multiple appearances on the world stage for his native Country of New Zealand (including a gold medal at the IIHF U20 Div II World Championships).
Besides his extensive knowledge of the game and eye for detail, Martin is known for the relationships he builds with his athletes. He works closely with the players as they develop their individual skill set and aims to strengthen their hockey sense in game-like scenarios.

SEBASTIAN GINGRAS
ON-ICE INSTRUCTOR
Seb has been involved with the ML Hockey staff for the past 2 years while also coaching alongside Head instructor Martin during their time at Kuper academy. Seb brings a wealth of knowledge to the program equipped with his smooth stickhandling techniques and his amazing talent at teaching the game of hockey, Seb is a strong asset to the ML hockey program.
Seb grew up in Laval and was a part of their AAA system before attending Kuper academy where he and his Juvy team won their league championships that season. Seb then took his talents across the border to play USHS Prep hockey split between Hebron & Holderness school which included an appearance at the New England Small Schools Finals representing Holderness.

DAVID CHEVRIER
OFF-ICE INSTRUCTOR
David was born and raised in the West Island of Montreal and grew up playing in the Lakeshore program. David was drafted 3rd overall by the Ottawa jr Senators in the Central Hockey League (CCHL) while also playing two seasons in the MJAHL. Following his Jr career David went on to attend Nichols college a
high-level NCAA div III college in Massachusetts. After a successful 4 years and obtaining his bachelor's degree, David got the opportunity to take his talents overseas and play professional hockey in Chambery France.
David has been part of the ML Hockey family for several years now and specializes in Defence skill Development.

VINNY CRIVELLO
OFF-ICE INSTRUCTOR
A native of Rosemére QC, Vincent played junior hockey for the Hawkesbury Hawks of the CCHL. This gave him the opportunity to attend Nichols College a high-level NCAA Div III college in Massachusetts. Vin would go on to make his mark at the school by leading his team in scoring for two years, win a conference championship that led to an NCAA tournament appearance, and also captain his team for his final two out of a 4-year college career.
After obtaining his degree. Vin decided to pursue his passion for hockey and signed his first pro contract in Europe in Chambéry, France.
